Alicia Soulier has made great waves in the Salon industry with her revolutionary salon tech solution, which has created transparency within the sector as well as being able to put over $20 million of profit back into salons.

Her path to becoming a tech CEO has been an incredible journey. Starting from her beginnings as an award winning hair stylist, to going on to build a million dollar salon and running a national eCommerce site to taking the leap and launching a salon tech company, SalonScale. Alicia has been able to take her simple idea of a scale and transform it into a global educational movement for the salon industry and empowering them to not only be salon owners but to become profitable entrepreneurs themselves.

Alicia is a happy mom of two wonderful kids and married for over 14 years. She enjoys cross fit, loves to be outdoors, and thrives in personal development. She’s also built and sold four homes. She’s hugely passionate about supporting female entrepreneurship, as well as growing personally in the tech world. 

In October 2024, she will release her first book ‘The Scale’, sharing her incredible story about what it takes to be a heart-centric, numbers focused, female entrepreneur and founder in the tech industry. The book has been written to inspire any future stylists and female entrepreneurs in the making to go after their dreams, even when they don't seem to fit in or have all the knowledge. This honest, and straight-talking memoir shows how even the non-techy of stylists can build a successful tech company.
